We are seeking a passionate and innovative Elementary Music Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will provide engaging, standards-based music instruction that supports student creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. This position emphasizes problem-based learning, interdisciplinary integration, and collaboration to ensure the success of all students.

• Plan and deliver problem-based, standards-aligned music instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instruction and support student growth toward mastery.
• Communicate student progress effectively with students and parents/guardians.
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment by establishing routines, procedures, and expectations aligned with school policies.
• Manage student behavior consistently and fairly in accordance with school discipline systems.
• Provide accommodations and modifications to ensure access and success for all students.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to plan and support grade-level and community performances.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen instructional practices and develop interdisciplinary, problem-based learning experiences.
• Classroom Management:
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
