My Gym is seeking a passionate and dedicated Gym Teacher to lead our children’s fitness programs. This role starts with being a LEAD TEACHER, and learning the program and the MY GYM philosophies. Once accomplished, you will be a strong lead teacher, promote sales, help manage staff, and create an engaging environment for children and their families. Your leadership will ensure high-quality fitness instruction while fostering a positive and supportive community.

Job Summary

The Gym Lead Teachers and Directors oversee the daily operations of the My Gym location, ensuring exceptional service for children and their families. This leadership role requires a blend of business management, sales, team leadership, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for childhood development and a strong desire to cultivate a vibrant community of families.

Responsibilities

  • Work Schedule:

    Committed to 40 hours per week, including weekends as needed
  • Operational Oversight:
    Manage the center's daily operations, including teaching, children and parents, class schedules, staff training, and facility maintenance.
  • Relationship Building:
