STEM School Highlands Ranch is seeking a temporary employee to provide dedicated individual student support. This position is week‑to‑week and may be up to 40 hours per week, depending on ongoing need.

• Provide attentive, compassionate individual support to ensure student safety and engagement throughout the school day.
• Support the student’s participation in classroom activities, transitions, and common areas.
• Collaborate with teachers, student support teams, and administrators.
• Follow school policies, confidentiality standards, and directions from staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support school operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong commitment to student learning and development
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Responsive and proactive communication with students and faculty
• Experience working in a diverse, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment preferred

• Occasional lifting of 5 to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 90 minutes
• Ability to run short distances if necessary
• Frequent bending, stooping, standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, and sitting

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
