Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or similar technical degree
• Experience with project engineering or project management
• Experience with hardware procurement
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional activities
• Strong communication skills
• US Citizen with Active TS clearance

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Familiarity with electronics design and/or manufacturing
• SAP experience
• EPDM experience
• MS Project experience
• Excel and pivot table experience
• PowerPoint experience
• Experience managing subcontracts
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and multiple programs
• Demonstrated Control Account Manager (CAM) experience, including managing program budgets, schedules, and resources.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
