• Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
• Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
• Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
• Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
• Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals.
• Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
