Performs one or more multiple financial activities within Program Finance role. Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.

Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.

This position is contingent upon the program award expected early 2026.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or in lieu of degree relevant experience will also be considered
• Aerospace or defense or government finance experience or anything other finance experience will also be considered
• Microsoft Office skills
• Problem solver with critical thinking skills
• Effective analytical skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• Proactive self-starter
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with SAP, Cobra, WEBI, Mission Control
• Significant Excel experience
• Experience working in a team environment
• Previous experience with detailed analysis of data
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Program Finance experience to include monthly and annual program financial status preparation and analysis.
• 3+ years of related experience with a degree
• Secret clearance

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
