Phlebotomist II - Highlands Ranch, CO
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:15 AM – 1:15 PM (1‑hour lunch);
Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: $22.02 – $25.34 / hour (plus potential annual performance bonus)

- Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams, etc.).
- Administer oral solutions per training.
- Research test/client information and confirm all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
- Navigate computers and accurately enter data.
- Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
- Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport).
- Perform all non‑patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email).
- Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
- Maintain phlebotomy logs in a timely manner (maintenance logs, temperature logs).
- Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record (if applicable).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
Position requires effective communication in English.
