Role OverviewAs an Assembler, you will contribute to the overall success of the company and our customers through building machinery based on engineering designs and customer specifications. There is an immense opportunity for you to learn multiple, real-world career functions, be cross‑trained, and learn skills in Mechatronics while working as part of a team. In addition to growth opportunities, as a Pro Mach employee you receive more than just a paycheck. Starting salary range for this role is $18.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience. This estimate represents the typical salary range you could earn in this position and is just one component of Pro Mach’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match.
