Amazing Care Home Health Services Pay Range

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so you can choose between short shifts or longer days to fit your family.

We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated RN's with experience in Home Health to join our team in Highlands Ranch. The position involves caring for an adult female patient with G-tube, O₂ dependent, nonverbal, and requiring total care.

Base Pay Range

$47,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Pay per Hour
  • RN: $33.00 - $38.00 an hour (higher end commensurate with experience, licensure, assignment, and availability)
  • LPN: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour
Sign‑On Bonus
  • Full Time: $2,000.00, paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours per week in the prior 90 days.
  • Part Time: $1,000.00, paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours per week in the prior 90 days.
Schedule
  • Full‑Time: 30 hours or more
  • Nights – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web‑based electronic medical records system.
Qualifications
  • Active RN/LPN license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
