Salary: $14.81 per hour

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service that exceeds customer expectations and is tailored to each guest's preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders.
• Assist in assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards; check orders for accuracy and review with guest prior to handoff.
• Assist with bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties.
• For California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start).
