RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
• Assist with assembly of food and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with guests before handing off to ensure satisfaction.
• Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW customers is utilized. Teamwork is essential.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for extended periods while performing duties.
• For California-based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
