Sales Representative

Become one of our Sales Representatives by fulfilling the merchandising needs of grocery‑related customers through stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, King Soopers, Target, and more. You will represent world‑famous brands including Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines.
• Manage sales objectives, campaigns, promotions, sales brochures, order guides, and presentations.
• Perform in‑store planning by tailoring programs and sales presentations to customer needs and store demographics to drive growth.
• Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond expectations.
• Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take‑away and DSD displays.
• Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level, working closely with the Merchandiser to keep inventory full and properly rotated.
• Monitor and report on competitive activity, documenting pricing actions.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment, meet physical requirements (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs). Ability to move products from stock rooms and stock shelves.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Littleton, CO and able to drive to secondary locations in Highlands Ranch, CO.
• Full schedule availability required.

The base salary range is $41,400 to $57,825, varying with experience, skills, education, and location. The position also offers a highly competitive bonus program based on performance and company results.

No relocation support is available.
