Framer – Closing & Weekends

Join Michaels Stores at Den‑Highlands Ranch, CO and help customers create memorable framing solutions. Build relationships, deliver high‑quality custom framing, and maintain a clean, safe, and well‑merchandised store.

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs; support compliance to applicable laws.
• Execute the Elevated ABC Deliver program; build relationships while delivering sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; keep the store well‑merchandised and in‑stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others respectfully; remain positive, promote the organization’s vision, and serve as a role model.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes to ensure standards are followed and completed within budget.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes.

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and use a glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products and/or services to customers.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames, accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

• Public retail store setting; climate‑controlled interior, some stock rooms not climate controlled; occasional outdoor tasks.
• Use of glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

$15.00 – $17.70 per hour
