• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, helping you connect with customers and meet their needs.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Your schedule will be between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• You’ll work in a fast-paced environment; staying flexible helps you keep up with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, we’ll provide the tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

• Provide personalized sales assistance and guide customers through product options to drive sales.
• Assist in events, process online orders, and perform outbound outreach to customers.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training available if needed.

• Estimated earnings: between $16.57 - $20.45 per hour plus potential commission (starting salary range may vary by geography, experience, and training).
• Uncapped commission opportunities with potential annual earnings for top sellers.
