As a Lead Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing in-store merchandising. Your responsibilities will include building engaging displays and end caps, managing product rotation on shelves, and monitoring inventory levels to boost sales potential for both stores and suppliers. - You have reliable transportation to and from work
- You bring 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- You have a background in leading and training others
- You are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to log your work after each shift
- You possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on achieving results
- You have the ability to work independently while also fostering team collaboration
- You prioritize safety in a retail setting
