What you will do:

Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the new vehicle sales department with assistance from the Dealer and General Sales Manager.

Attend manager meetings.

Assist the General Sales Manager in forecasting controllable expense elements for the new-vehicle department.

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all new-vehicle sales employees.

Oversee the efforts of new-vehicle salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.

Communicate with new-vehicle salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.

Guide all salespeople in setting their objectives on a short and long-range basis, review team performance.

What we are looking for:

Automotive Sales Manager experience required

Consistently performing in the top of sales metricsF&I experience in sales and/or management

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations

Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
