• Lead a class of preschoolers in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Plan and implement fun, age‑appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play
• Build strong relationships with children and their families, keeping them informed about their child’s progress
• Maintain a well‑organized and inviting classroom that encourages curiosity and creativity
• Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child through interactive activities

• High school diploma required;
  Early Childhood Education degree preferred
• Experience working with preschool‑aged children is a plus
• Experience with potty training is expected
• A genuine love for working with young children and helping them learn
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
