• Team member on a rehabilitation team, contributing to a group effort to provide care within a continuous performance improvement environment, and providing specific professional contributions to the team approach.
• Assess patients and establish plans of care; provide a wide variety of treatment techniques; provide education and support to patients and families; and facilitate continuing care planning.
• Evaluate quality of services and participate in outcomes management activities.
• Specialized responsibilities in the Oncology Rehabilitation Department include knowledge in treatment of oncology patients and competence in the evaluation and treatment of lymphedema with complete decongestive therapy (CDT, MLD) as well as pelvic floor diagnoses for pelvic health impairments.
• Coordinate with Rehab Services Manager and contribute to coordination with other care team members (physicians, nurses, social work, patient care resources, and support staff).

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
