Resident Assistant

Hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Resident Assistants

• Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence and social interaction.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well‑being and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment.
• Support residents during meals, including set‑up, assistance, and social engagement.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Completion of a state‑approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and a resident‑centered approach.
• Strong communication, observation, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.
