Position: Memory Care Support Partner
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Hilliard, Ohio
Starting Wage: Memory Care Support Partners $19.00–$21.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday 3pm–11pm

We are looking for someone like you:
Responsibilities- Be an “Advocate of Empathy” by understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
- Be a Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities, collaborate to create engagement plans, and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
- Be a Master of the Mise en Scène: set up the environment to support the resident’s day—from dining room to library to nighttime routines—and guide the resident’s experience.
- Be a Life Partner: partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
- Excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
- Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.
- You will have a positive and energetic attitude and love our residents.
- You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our residents.
- You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- You must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assisting after a fall.
- You must be criminally cleared.
