AWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Security Manager (DSM) to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team, who will help manage and improve site security operations in our data centers.

• Manage physical security operations
• Develop post orders and define security procedures
• Handle site incidents and work with security equipment
• Participate in construction projects and drive day‑to‑day process improvement activities
• Manage vendors
• Ensure consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures
• Participate in recurring site audits, reviews, and test new security technologies

• Experience with access control and CCTV systems
• 6+ months’ experience in security roles, preferably in a data center or similar environment
• Additional education or training in security‑related fields is a plus

• College Degree (Bachelors) or background in one or more of:
  Military (Career/Military Police/Military Special Operations Forces), Law Enforcement with Arrest Authority (Police Academy Graduate), TSA Security Screening, Correctional Facility Officer
