As a DB Project Manager, you’re the heartbeat of project execution. You’ll lead field crews, manage subcontractors, and keep projects humming along safely, efficiently, and on-budget. You’ll also get the chance to mentor others, innovate systems, and drive Hidden Creek’s reputation for excellence.

We’re looking for tech-savvy problem solvers who can balance a checklist with real-world challenges. You’ll use data to track job hours, coordinate resources through scheduling tools, and bring energy to every jobsite.

• Safety & Compliance (20%) Run safety audits, lead trainings, and own compliance.
• Project Execution & Quality Control (20%) Run timelines, monitor quality, and adjust as you go. You’ll use visuals, dashboards, and your boots on the ground.
• Efficiency & Resource Management (20%) Schedule crews smartly, reduce waste, and own financials. Think GPS route planning + job costing software = 💡.
• Team Leadership & Development (20%) Mentor newer teammates, build future leaders. If you've ever coached, trained, or inspired — this is your zone.
• Subcontractor & Client Coordination (10%) Communicate clearly with subs, internal teams, and clients. Make it smooth. Make it seamless.
• Admin & Meetings (10%) Use digital tools to log notes, track progress, and share updates.

• Have experience in construction, landscaping, or project management
• Are organized, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Use (or are eager to learn) digital tools like LMN and Buildertrend.
• Have a systems-thinking mindset and a “get it done” attitude
• Enjoy mentoring others and building trust across teams
• Are energized by personal growth and helping others grow too
