Responsibilities- Oversee daily service center operations, focusing on resource allocation, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment by coaching staff, managing performance, and developing talent.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure workplace.
- Drive business growth by managing key customer relationships and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
- Utilize technical expertise in door and glass installation to troubleshoot complex issues and support field teams.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, expense control, and financial performance reporting.
- 10+ years of experience in the door and glass installation industry.
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience with full P&L oversight.
- Strong proficiency in operational budgeting and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in power tools and technical mechanical applications.
- Experience in outside sales and business development.
- Advanced conflict resolution and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Background in implementing lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed for project oversight.
