Community Operations Leader: Leasing & Resident

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage resident relations, cost controls, and strategic leasing initiatives. A CAM/ARM or equivalent experience is preferred.
