Summary

The Corporate Accounts Manager will report to the VP of Corporate Accounts. The individual will be responsible for executing strategy to assure strong relationships and expansion of corporate accounts (specifically with plumbing buying groups) while increasing ADS profitability and maximizing shareholder value.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate programs
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (including Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, etc.) to drive solutions to customer needs
  • Partner with the Field Sales group to facilitate sales on a local level
  • Formulate and implement business and sales analysis based on customer, region and product
  • Evaluate competition and understand our strengths, weaknesses, exposure, and opportunities
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing, and technology activities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Physical and Travel Requirements
