Retail Sales Associate/Spa Sales Consultant at Well Biz Brands, Inc. is seeking an engaging and outgoing individual to lead sales and customer service for our wellness studio.

Part-time

• Entry‑level candidates with a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Prior retail sales experience is preferred, specifically selling memberships or services.
• Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems.
• A passion for listening to and engaging with all clients.

• Inform clients about the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, a no‑hassle membership plan.
• Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program by following our proven sales process.
• Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
• Process client paperwork and payments with accuracy.
• Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to ensure the client is the center of the experience.
