Job Description
Dee Printing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our advertising and print solutions business. This role focuses on developing new relationships with small to mid-sized businesses while maintaining and expanding partnerships with existing clients and churches across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Prospect, generate, and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to drive repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and decision makers.
- Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent Dee Printing, Inc. within the local community and business networks.
- Strong work ethic with a coachable and positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Oice, etc.).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.
- Valid drivers license and comfortable working in a Catholic Church
- Commission + Salary based structure with strong earning potential.
- Expected earnings: $50,000 $ 85,000+ annually (based on performance).
