As a Plumbing Lead Installer, you will complete all plumbing installations efficiently and accurately to ensure a consistent customer experience!

• Fri - Mon 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Mon - Fri 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

• Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements
• Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees

Proven track record in plumbing and gas systems, including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams

Knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications

Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair

Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software

Proven plumbing experience with the desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today

Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
• Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate
• Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms / scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
