Master Your Craft:
Expertly operate a backhoe, excavator, and dump truck to complete all residential sewer installations.

Mentor & Train:
Work side-by-side with apprentices, training them to perform quick and accurate repairs and installations.

Be a Trusted Advisor:
Educate customers on products and services, building rapport and delivering a knowledgeable experience that wins new referrals and repeat business.

Ensure Excellence:
Be the final word on job quality, signing off on all work to ensure it meets our high standards.

Champion Safety:
Maintain a clear understanding of equipment operations and safety guidelines, keeping both your team and your job sites safe.

A seasoned leader with a mastery of heavy equipment, including backhoes, dump trucks, and excavators.

A skilled operator who can confidently maneuver a dump truck and trailer up to 22ft.

A strong communicator who can build rapport with customers and learn new software quickly.

A dedicated professional who is a self-starter and enjoys winning as part of a team.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
