• Maintains working climate by installing, repairing, and servicing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Restores and repairs faulty or inoperative refrigeration and HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems both inside and outside of equipment.
• Has a working knowledge of how to replace parts of a Refrigeration or HVAC unit; inspects refrigeration and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Welds and solders copper and steel tubing.
• Complies with local, state, and federal codes and standards.
• Maintains refrigeration and HVAC maintenance by ensuring required parts and equipment are available.
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including filter changes and regular cleaning.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and safety training classes; reviewing professional publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with Circle K and OSHA procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Partners with Circle K Supervisors to facilitate repairs with sourced vendors.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting vendors for materials and parts.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Participates in training classes for existing and new equipment.
• Ensures a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by achieving Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

• Combination of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

• 2 years of experience or more preferred.
