The Installer role at USA Insulation is a full-time, on-site position based in Hilliard, OH. In this role, the Installer will prepare job sites, load and unload materials, and set up equipment for insulation projects. The Installer will perform injection foam and other insulation installations in walls, attics, and crawl spaces according to company standards and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include operating tools and machinery, following detailed work orders, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with cleanup after each job.

The Installer will interact with customers in a professional manner, answer basic questions about the work being performed, and report progress or issues to the crew leader or supervisor.

• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment, with a focus on following safety procedures.
• Basic construction, carpentry, or home improvement experience, including comfort working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varied weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused attitude and professional conduct on job sites.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to the Hilliard, OH location.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior insulation or energy efficiency experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn USA Insulation installation methods and participate in ongoing training and development.
