As a Concierge, you will be the go‑to person for our residents, assisting with scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and organizing activities that enhance their quality of life.

• Provide personalized support by helping residents schedule appointments, arrange transportation, and handle postal needs, personal shopping, and more.
• Conduct wellness checks, ensure smooth meal service, greet residents, and address any concerns.
• Plan engaging activities such as group outings, movie nights, game sessions, happy hours, and fitness classes like Tai Chi or yoga.
• Create memorable experiences by baking cookies, coordinating potlucks, and organizing social events that bring joy to the community.
• Assist with family communication, helping with family calls and responding to questions from loved ones.
• Build community connections by collaborating with volunteers and arranging paid instructors for resident‑requested activities.

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• For positions that require driving a company owned vehicle, candidates must have an active state driver’s license in good standing and a minimum age of 25 years.
