RDP Food service
, a family-owned Ohio-based food distributor, is seeking professional Class A CDL Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers - and our drivers are the heroes who make that possible.

As a Route Delivery Driver, you will:

• Safely and efficiently deliver food service products to restaurants, and other customers along your assigned route.
• Perform all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). inspect tractor/truck and trailer to ensure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
• Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service at each stop - you are the face of RDP!
• Manually unload product safely using a ramp and two-wheeler.
• Verify deliveries through RDP's Proof of Delivery system that utilizes scanning of all delivered items for each customer and complete route paperwork accurately.
• Represent RDP Food service with professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

• Base hourly rate of $27.00 per hour
• Incentive-based compensation that rewards efficiency, safety, and quality performance.
• Home daily - enjoy a true work-life balance. Set schedule every week.
• Routes:
  Typically, 550–700 cases and 6–12 stops per day.
• Schedule options:
• Monday–Friday, daytime routes, or
• Sunday–Thursday night routes (start time around 9:00 p.m.)

• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs. and perform physical delivery work.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
• Food service or route delivery experience preferred.
