What you Need:
- Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Experience:
Minimum 5+ years' experience - Licensure:
Illinois Professional Engineer (or can obtain through reciprocity) - Knowledge:
Solid understanding of industry best practices, techniques, standards and specifications, and design software

What you will Do:
- Manage and perform the planning and design of various infrastructure projects
- Take ownership of tasks with dependable performance and positive attitude
- Focus on client satisfaction and project delivery with attention to detail and deadlines
- Prepare and review scopes of work, schedules, fee proposals, budgets and responses to RFQs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Mentor and support the professional growth of junior staff
- Participate in public meetings and prepare public involvement materials
Salary range $75,000-$175,000/year determined by education, experience, licensure, and KSAs of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
