Receptionist - Franchise Location role at H&R Block
. This is a seasonal client service professional/receptionist position focused on greeting clients, matching them with the appropriate tax professional, and supporting service delivery in person, by phone, or virtually.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they prefer
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
