Hillsboro Post Acute is currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about providing outstanding care and making a difference in the lives of our residents.
What You'll Do:- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, STNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Current Ohio LPN license
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Dependability and commitment to quality outcomes
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
