Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Hillsboro, OH location. The role oversees daily store operations, staff scheduling, customer service, inventory control, and financial processes while driving sales and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of manager experience, is able to work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds. Tobacco industry passion a plus.
