Hillsboro, OH

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer sites
• Foster positive customer relationships and address any concerns or issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems on‑site
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company protocols during all tasks
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Must be able to climb ladders up to 36 feet and lift 60‑80 pounds
• Physical work in environments that may not be heated or air‑conditioned, including kneeling, crawling, and bending
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check
• Flexible to work weekends or evenings as required
• Strong customer service orientation and a willingness to learn emerging technologies
