About the Role
We’re seeking a hands‑on Construction Manager with proven experience in construction. You’ll run multiple crews, oversee jobsite operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec. This role is all about field leadership, problem‑solving, and accountability.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of 3–5 wireless construction crews across multiple sites
Schedule and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials for all assigned projects
Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and adherence to SOW/specs
Act as the field escalation point for crew leads, customers, and subcontractors
Perform jobsite walks, QA/QC, punch lists, and ensure closeout requirements are met
Troubleshoot technical issues (rigging, installations, power, testing, outages, etc.)
Review and approve field documentation, redlines, and change orders
Collaborate with Project Coordinators and PMs to keep job status and reporting up to date
Drive productivity—remove obstacles and ensure crews stay on schedule
Participate in regular customer calls and internal status meetings as needed
3+ years in wireless construction or related telecom field management
Strong knowledge of site builds, mods, cutovers, rigging, and wireless safety
Demonstrated ability to lead crews, solve field problems, and drive projects to completion
Working knowledge of QA/QC processes, outage protocols, and closeout requirements
Proficient with digital field reporting, job tracking apps, and standard office software
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Willingness to travel between jobsites as needed (local/regional)
