Customer Service Specialist
Position: Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs.
Responsibilities- Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
- Field calls/emails from customers, partners, and team members
- Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claims
- Collects required documentation for all jobs/claims
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Performs office administrative operations
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
- A friendly and welcoming personality is a must
- Organized, detailed administrative coordinator who likes a fast-paced environment
- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Likes to problem-solve and help people find solutions
- Enjoys completing tasks
- Is a stickler for the details
- Can review data and deductively think through what information might be missing
- Enjoys taking care of others
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Starting pay based on experience
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
