Family Medicine Sports Medicine Physician

Overview

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our newest clinic at Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing located in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will work alongside a highly collegial and multidisciplinary team of Primary Care, Sports Medicine, and Pediatric professionals at community-oriented practice. Additionally, you will have direct access to multiple on-site specialists in women's health, physical therapy, cardiology, dermatology, and immediate care.

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE, 4 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday schedule)
• At least 50% of your practice will be dedicated Family Medicine (all ages), with a smaller percentage dedicated to Sports Medicine
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable seeing all ages - pediatrics to geriatrics

Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing is a 118,000 square foot clinic and wellness center in Hillsboro, Oregon, that features Primary Care, Women's Health, Dermatology, Urgent Care, Imaging and Physical Therapy services.
