** Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
*** Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs
* Implement detailed installation plans
* Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products
* Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products
* Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams
* Maintain strategic customer relationships
* Deliver technical presentations and customer training
* Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications
* Travel Required up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites##
** Qualifications
* ** MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Optics, Material Science, or related field
* Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis
* Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
* Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
* Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, and analysis tools##
** Preferred

Skills:

*** Optics (microscopy, lasers, SEM)
* Data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Minitab, Igor, Origin)
* Programming (Matlab, LabVIEW, Python)
* Cleanroom experience
* Semiconductor device characterization
** Minimum Qualifications
*** MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Optics, Material Science, or related field
* Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis
* Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
* Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
* Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, and analysis tools

Base Pay Range: $97,600.00 - $ Annually Primary
