Water Management Engineer

FTD Solutions INC is a thriving, growing, and profitable company that has recently pivoted its boutique engineering services to serve much of the semiconductor market, positioning itself as a product company to benefit the broader industrial market with its expertise delivered via software. The FTD software, a suite of applications bundled under the name “Facility Management Application” (FMA), is currently in use by multiple Fortune 500 companies.

FTD Solutions is looking for a Site Water Management Lead to help launch and manage our client’s Global Water Management Program
. This role is critical in driving water conservation, compliance, and circularity initiatives across multiple global sites.

• Lead the deployment and ongoing operation of the water management program at the client’s campus.
• Standardize and scale water conservation and compliance processes.
• Act as the on-site liaison between client stakeholders and FTD Solutions.
• Implement processes, service standards, and performance metrics to improve site water performance.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Expertise in water systems and management.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• B.S. Degree in chemical or environmental engineering, or equivalent education.
• 2-4 years of engineering work experience preferred.
