We are hiring a Senior Manager, Central Technical Support in Hillsboro, Oregon. Lead a specialized technical team that tackles complex wafer fabrication equipment challenges and works closely with field service and R&D to deliver solutions. This is an opportunity to shape technical support operations, develop your team, and support key customer projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Lead and mentor the central technical support team, setting clear priorities and driving timely execution.

Own complex equipment escalations, bringing together field service, engineering, and R&D to resolve technical issues.

Oversee the initial Bromont customer project, coordinating technical support and service delivery.

Guide the development of technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and team training.

Improve support processes and coordinate resources and spare parts to meet customer needs.

Lead customer meetings, communicate action plans, and ensure follow-through on service commitments.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Bring 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience and a strong understanding of wafer fabrication equipment.

Use your technical leadership experience to coach and develop equipment engineering, field service, or support teams.

Apply your troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex equipment issues and manage customer escalations.

Combine clear communication with strong execution to move cross-functional projects through to completion.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
Mandarin language skills would support collaboration with the Shanghai team.

Valid U.S. work authorization, a valid passport, and availability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
