As a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Hillsboro, OR. The scheduled hours are Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
What You’ll Do- Use a strengths‑based approach to support patient well‑being
- Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
- Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
- Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
- Apply evidence‑based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
- Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
- Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
- Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
- Enter data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study
- Licensed mental health clinicians including: LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LCPC
- Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire
- 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Prior counseling experience in the treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationships, grief, loss, etc.
- Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting
- Experience identifying, preventing, and treating suicidal behaviors
- Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources
- Previous clinical experience in integrated behavioral health settings is preferred
