Description
This part-time position will be working 32 hours/week on weekdays, day shift.
OverviewThe Recreational Therapist provides a variety of therapeutic social, recreational and diversional events for participants. Conducts individual assessment to identify the participants' individual interests/needs. Develops and implements an appropriate variety of individual and group activities. Participates in interdisciplinary care planning. Coordinates the recreation documentation for her/his assigned group of participants. Assists with training and supervising assigned aides. Leads facility-wide participant-centered events.

Required qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Therapy.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. - Within 6 months (180 days) of hire:
Therapeutic Recreation Specialist Certification
- 2 years Providing recreation with the elderly or disabled.

The pay range for this position is $28.41 - $43.47 base pay. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. - Benefits:
