Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for Speech Language Pathologists to provide support in a K-12 school setting in Hillsboro, OR. You will work with students ranging from early learners to older children, helping them develop effective communication skills essential for academic success and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress

* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

* Provide direct therapy services to caseloads of 25-40 students, primarily in early learning programs

Qualifications:

* Speech Language Pathologist Certification (SLP - CCC) preferred

* Eligibility for School Speech Language Pathologist licensure

* Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered

* Experience working in school settings highly valued

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Location and

Schedule:

* Position located at the Columbia Service Center in Hillsboro, OR

* In-person/Hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days per week onsite

* Contract duration through June 10, 2026
