• Flexibility with hours, and weekend requirements for inpatient services (with weekend differential pay)
• $35.68 to $53.36 per hour, based on years of experience

In this role, you will work across inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings, partnering with patients, families, and other health care professionals to deliver individualized care. • Evaluate patients and provide treatment techniques based on diagnosis and functional needs.
• Deliver individualized intervention and education using task analysis and identified learning needs.
• Complete documentation according to department standards to support patient care and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with a variety of professionals and health care consumers to promote Occupational Therapy services.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts related to treatment, process, and systems issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification required.
• No experience required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to quality care, documentation accuracy, and patient safety.
