Human Resources Specialist
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Compensation: $24.25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm (Training: 3-4 weeks, hours Monday-Friday 7am-4pm)
Responsibilities:- Communicating with staffing agencies, employees, and managers.
- Creating and driving employee engagement events and activities.
- Publishing the calendar.
- Data entry, management, and correction of various Excel files.
- Providing onboarding training to workforce as needed.
- Reviewing and approving discipline documents.
- HR, recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
