Technical Scrum Master

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams across concurrent releases. This individual will be responsible for delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and Agile coaching, playing a pivotal role in the success of enterprise initiatives.

• Develop release plans considering scrum team capacity, velocity, and project scope.
• Manage execution across multiple scrum teams to ensure alignment with committed timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively; collaborate across functions to remove blockers.
• Act as a key liaison between scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders including third-party vendors.
• Partner with Product Owners to align deliverables with customer expectations using Agile best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed dashboards/reports to communicate release and sprint progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Coach and mentor team members and junior Scrum Masters on Agile principles and frameworks.
• Champion process improvement initiatives to drive Agile maturity and delivery excellence.

• Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical PM leading multiple Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile and traditional project management practices with flexibility to tailor methods as needed.
• Expertise in SDLC, change management, and cross-functional delivery with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex program risks and dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with all levels including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated coaching and team-building capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira

  , and MS Project
  , plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.

• PMI-ACP
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
